(1) The Central Level Rehabilitation Fund shall be under the National Committee.
(2) The National Committee may establish a rehabilitation fund as per the need under the District Committee.
(3) The amount of the rehabilitation fund shall be spent only on rescuing and rehabilitating the victims in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
(4) The district level fund shall include the amount determined by the national committee from the central level fund and the amount received by the district committee at the local level.
(5) The account operation of the national level rehabilitation fund shall be done by the joint signature of the member-secretary of the national committee and the head of the financial branch of the ministry.
(6) Account operation of district level rehabilitation fund shall be done through the joint signature of the member-secretary of the district committee and the employee of the financial administration branch of the Women's Development Branch.
